"Pretty much what they said it was"
It’s pretty much as described, so points for that. The sizing felt a little off to me, but I guess it’s accurate enough if you don’t mind doing a bit of guesswork.

"Nice pieces, but I’m not sure about the sustainability side"
I’ve bought a few things from Etam some of the products are really nice and the quality has been decent for me. But I do find myself wondering about how sustainable they actually are. They mention some eco-friendly lines, which is good I guess, but I’d love to see clearer info about the materials and where things are made. Maybe I’m missing something, but it feels like they’re making some effort while still leaving a lot unanswered.

i do like etam overall. The offers are usually good and I’ve found them useful, but the marketing emails do come through a bit too often. It’s not a huge problem, just sometimes feels like a lot in my inbox. I can always delete them or unsubscribe if it gets annoying, so no big deal. Still happy with the shop in general.

The fabric does feel nice and the stitching seems good, but I feel a little misled by what I was expecting. It’s not bad quality, just not quite what I thought I was getting based on the listing.

"Order was completely off"
I ordered two bras, but one showed up in the wrong size and the other item was just some random top I didn’t order. When I contacted support, they basically just told me to return it, which made it feel like there wasn’t an actual person on the other end trying to help

"Feels like more effort than it’s worth lately"
I used to enjoy browsing Etam, but lately it feels like there just isn’t much to choose from. Sizes disappear really fast, and so many of the styles look almost identical. I was just trying to find some basic lingerie and sleepwear, but I ended up having to dig around way more than I should’ve, and still didn’t find much. Kind of disappointing, honestly...

I liked that there were a few payment options to choose from. I went with PayPal, and it processed right away without kicking me back to the cart or asking for a bunch of extra info. The checkout page was clear, the total was easy to see before paying, and I didn’t run into any random errors. Super easy overall, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Not quite the color I pictured"
I ordered this bra because it looked like a soft pink online, but in person it’s definitely more peachy. At first I was a little disappointed since I had a specific shade in mind, but it’s still a color and it fits fine. I guess it’s a reminder that colors can be a little tricky when shopping online.

"Clean and Decently Packed"
Package showed up looking neat. Nothing too fancy or anything, but it was packed well enough and didn’t look messy or thrown together. Basically, it did the job and felt clean, so I’m happy with it

I ordered this for store pickup thinking it would be quick and easy, but it really wasn’t. It took forever for them to find my parcel, and the staff seemed confused about where it was. I ended up having to leave and come back later, which was frustrating, really frustrating. Definitely more hassle than I expected

"Nice pieces, but the experience felt too impersonal"
Some of the pieces do look nice, but most of the designs felt boring and just not really my style. I also didn’t love that there wasn’t any real human contact during the process. It felt kind of cold and automated, and I would’ve appreciated being able to talk to an actual person.

"Nice little perks for regular shoppers"
I shop here often, so the loyalty points and small discounts are actually handy. They’re not huge savings or anything, but after a few orders, they do start to add up. It’s not perfect, but I definitely appreciate the extra perks
